Depending on usage, the following data may be processed:

Device & technical data
- Device ID
- Firmware version
- Connection status
- Diagnostic and error information
Usage data
- Live video and audio streams (not stored by default)
- Alerts (sound, temperature, offline)
- App interaction data
Locally stored data
- Photos and videos created by the user are stored locally on the user’s smartphone, not on the device by default.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to:
- Provide and operate the Services
- Enable live streaming and notifications
- Maintain security and functionality
- Provide customer support
Data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
- Live video/audio is transmitted in real time
- No continuous recording is stored by default
- Technical data may be stored temporarily on secure servers
- Locally saved media remains on the user’s smartphone
5. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary:
- Account data: while the account is active
- Technical logs: up to 30 days
- Locally stored media: controlled by the user
6. Data Sharing
Data may be processed by technical service providers acting on behalf of ELRO (e.g. infrastructure, connectivity, notifications).
No third parties receive independent rights to use the data.
7. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Delete their account via the app
