1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the use of ELRO connected products and related mobile applications (‘Services’) provided by:

They are not a substitute for adult supervision, medical devices, or professional monitoring services.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account in the ELRO app.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- All activity under your account
4. Product & Service Functionality
The Services may include:
- Live video and audio streaming
- Notifications (e.g. sound, temperature, offline alerts)
- Device settings and firmware updates
- Device sharing with other users
Availability may depend on internet connectivity and device configuration.
5. Data Usage
Data is processed solely to provide the functionality of the product and related services.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes

8. Termination
You may terminate your use at any time by:
- Removing the device from the app
- Deleting your account in the app settings
- Discontinuing use of the Services
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease.
